Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on laptop sleeves and mobile cases that have been removed from their original packaging unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item – Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return center at:

  5. Track your return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of sending your replacement item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email which product you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return

Exchange processing time is typically 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
