Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase required
Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on laptop sleeves and mobile cases that have been removed from their original packaging unless they are defective.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
- Package your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories

- Track your return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of sending your replacement item.
Refund Process:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refund issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate which product you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- Exchange processing time is typically 7-10 business days after we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
